The town of Mammoth Lakes, California, offers up restaurants, bars, and plenty to do for those seeking a nightlife scene.  The resort provides a great starting point to explore the Sierra Nevada Mountains and is only about an hour drive from Yosemite National Park or 30 minutes to nearby June Mountain.

Our lodging is at the Juniper Springs Condos, in 2BR/2BA units, ski in/out on the Lupin beginner slope.  Wear the provided bathrobe to the two outdoor hot tubs or outdoor pool.  We also have access to the fitness center, laundry facilities, and game room.  Complimentary Wi-Fi internet is provided.

Whitefish Resort has more than 3,000 acres of every kind of terrain that you can imagine, including five terrain parks and receives an average of 300 inches of snow per season.   It has a base elevation of 4,464 feet and a summit elevation of 6,817 feet. There are numerous outdoor activities including dogsledding, snowmobiling, back country cat skiing, sleigh ride dinners and ice skating.  And of course, there is the town of Whitefish to visit for dining and shopping. Take a trip into town on the free S.N.O.W Bus to enjoy shopping and browsing in the shops. The historic town of Whitefish was founded in1905 when The Great Northern Railway was built.
